Airexe (Ligonde)

Eirexe sits in the province of Lugo, in Galicia, on the Camino between Ligonde and Lestedo. The Camino runs through the hamlet.

The hamlet name comes from the Galician word for church (igrexa), and the parish church of Eirexe sits at the centre of the small settlement. The hamlet has been a Camino waypoint for centuries.
