Alija del Infantado

Alija del Infantado is a small village with a medieval castle and a pleasant setting in the agricultural plains north of Benavente. The village has an albergue, cafes, and basic services.

The castle, partially restored, gives the village its historical character. The surrounding landscape is flat farmland.

Alija provides a quiet overnight stop between the larger towns of Benavente and La Baneza.
