Cesantes (San Pedro)

Cesantes is a small village a few kilometres north of Redondela, with views over the Ria de Vigo and the hillside houses along the estuary. There are a few cafes where pilgrims can stop.

The village is a brief stop rather than a service town, but the coastal views here are pleasant. A major highway crossing at a crosswalk is required north of Cesantes.

From here, the route continues towards Arcade, the next notable town with more substantial services and the famous oyster bars.
