Gonzar

Gonzar sits in the province of Lugo, in Galicia, at the top of the climb out of Portomarin. The Camino runs through the small hamlet.

Gonzar is a small Galician farming hamlet with a parish church. The setting is the high rolling country between Portomarin and Palas de Rei.

Services are limited. There is an albergue and a bar-restaurant. There is no shop, no pharmacy, and no ATM.
