Marinhas

Marinhas is frequently used as the Stage 3 endpoint on the Camino Coastal route, approximately 4 km north of Esposende along the waterfront pedestrian and cycle path. The Albergue de Sao Miguel de Marinhas (Avenida de Sao Sebastiao) has 14 beds in seven bunks, with a kitchen, bathroom facilities, and reception area. It is managed by the local delegation of the Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa (Red Cross).

The parish has a modern church and sits close to the coast, though the immediate surroundings are more agricultural than beachside. The albergue was inaugurated in 2011 as part of a broader project to develop pilgrim infrastructure along the Coastal route.

Basic services including cafes and small shops are available in the parish. For more comprehensive services, Esposende is a short walk south.
