San Pedro de Rozados

San Pedro de Rozados is a tiny village on the Via de la Plata, the last stop before the magnificent city of Salamanca. The village has an albergue and a bar.

Services are very basic, and pilgrims typically push through quickly with Salamanca as the goal for the day.

The approach to Salamanca from the south crosses the open meseta, and the city's golden sandstone towers become visible in the distance as pilgrims approach.
