Restored by the Government of Navarra, this pilgrim hostel provides excellent facilities and services within the historical complex of Roncesvalles, founded around 1127. Located at the end of the first Navarran stage of the Camino de Santiago, it accommodates approximately 260 beds across multiple dormitory floors with modern amenities including laundry service, dining facilities, and common areas.
You will be woken up around 06:30am by Gregorian chants.
Volunteers are very kind and helpful. Plenty of space with a private locker. After a long day of hiking, this well priced, clean and well maintained Albergue was a blessing.
